COVID-19 Evaluation and Testing in both Natick and Marlborough
Both Natick and Marlborough clinics are seeing patients with respiratory-related and possible COVID-19 concerns. Patients will have TeleHealth visits, including video with our provider and if needed drive-up COVID-19 testing. If you have such concerns (common symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath and sore throat), please click here to register to be evaluated and screened for COVID-19 testing by one of our providers. You can do so from home as it will be a telehealth visit. The visit will be covered by your insurance company with copays and deductibles waived.
Patients with non-respiratory symptoms and other medical needs (e.g. DOT Physicals, drug screening, 7D Physicals, etc.) will be seen in clinic as usual at both clinic locations, so long as you do NOT have any of the respiratory symptoms that would suggest possible COVID-19.
AFC Urgent Care Marlborough is now offering Coronavirus Antibody Testing after a Telemedicine visit.
Hours of Operations:
The hours of operations are M-F from 8 to 6 pm and weekends from 8 to 5 pm. Our COVID-19 drive-up testing hours are 11 am to 4 pm daily. Please note that to utilize our drive-up COVID-19 testing, patients must be pre-screened by one of our providers via a telehealth consultation session.
Return To Work Evaluation:
For any employee who might have been in quarantine due to exposure, having had symptoms and/or having been tested positive for COVID-19, we can do a telehealth evaluation visit to assess if s/he fits the CDC established criteria for discontinuing quarantine/home isolation and issue return to work documentation for you. If additional testing is required, the provider will order for the employee to utilize our drive-up testing. For the next few weeks, this would be critical for the essential workers so they can safely return to work. Non-essential workers can still be evaluated so that they can return as soon as the state ban is lifted.
AFC does not charge any hospital facility fees!
